Our products are carefully selected and produced with a focus on quality and exclusivity. Therefore, all items sold are final and cannot be returned, except for some exceptions.

All orders undergo rigorous quality inspection before being shipped. However, if your product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. The POCCO team will review the case and, if applicable, find a solution.
3. What to do if there is a problem with your order

After analysis, the POCCO team will be able to offer an alternative solution that suits the case.
4. Exchanges
If the item does not fit, it is possible to exchange it. However, the associated costs are the sole responsibility of the customer.
