1. Order processing

After payment confirmation, your order will be processed within 2 to 3 business days. During specific periods, such as promotions or festive dates, this period may be extended, but items will always be shipped as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Method

The products will be sent via the Portuguese Post Office.

The shipping cost will be calculated at the time of purchase completion, depending on the destination.

3. Delivery Time

Delivery times vary depending on the destination region. The estimated delivery time will be informed at the time of finalizing the order, considering the selected shipping method.

In general, the deadlines will be as follows:

- Mainland Portugal (3 to 5 working days)

- Islands and Europe (5 to 7 business days)

- Rest of the World (7 to 9 business days)

Please note that these deadlines are only estimates and may be affected by external factors, such as weather conditions, holidays or unforeseen circumstances with the carriers.

4. Delivery Problems

If there is a problem with your shipment, such as a delay or loss, please contact us at hello@welcometopocco.com . We will do our best to help resolve the situation with the carrier and ensure that you receive your order.

5. Delivery Address

Always check that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your purchase. If the address provided is incorrect or incomplete, we may not be able to deliver your order correctly. We are not responsible for reshipments or additional costs caused by errors in the address provided.
